How it works

Three steps.

  1. 1

    Add your business and customer

Your name, contact details and who you are billing. Both appear at the top of the invoice.

  2. 2

    List what you sold

Add a description, quantity and rate for each line. The amount and the totals work themselves out.

  3. 3

    Send it or save it

Send a clean message straight to your customer's chat, or save a print-ready PDF for your own records.

Why send it this way

Built for a sale that happened in a chat.

The chat keeps the thread

The invoice lands in the same conversation as the order, so the customer can read it, ask about it and pay without switching apps.

The customer can act on it

The message ends on a figure they can check straight away, instead of leaving them to work out what they owe from a wall of earlier messages.

A proper copy for your records

Save a PDF with the same layout. It has selectable text, so it stays sharp printed or zoomed in.

Nothing to install

No account, no app, and no waiting. Fill it in on the page you are already on.

Questions

Invoice questions.

How do I send an invoice on WhatsApp?
Fill in the invoice, then press Send on WhatsApp. It is laid out as a plain message you can send straight into the chat, listing each item and ending on the amount still owed. If WhatsApp is not available on your device, the message is copied to your clipboard instead, ready to paste.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Press Download PDF. The file saves straight to your device with no print window in the way. It holds real text rather than a picture of one, so it stays sharp printed or zoomed in, and it is small enough to send in the same message.
Can I add tax, discount and shipping?
Yes, and each one only appears once you add it. Discount and shipping are entered as amounts, while tax can be entered either as a flat amount or as a percentage. The discount comes off the subtotal, shipping is added, and tax is worked out on that combined figure.
Which currencies can I invoice in?
Thirty-seven, including the US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, South African Rand, Mauritian Rupee, Nigerian Naira, Indian Rupee, UAE Dirham, Singapore Dollar and Brazilian Real. Amounts are formatted the way each currency writes them, including the ones that do not use two decimal places.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for, no watermark, and no limit on how many invoices you create.

Stop writing them one at a time.

Put your catalogue in the chat and let customers browse, order and pay on their own. You send an invoice when you need one, not for every sale.
